I had the best experience this past weekend with Jason when buying my new 2026 Tacoma TRD Offroad. The trade in process was smooth, and the entire experience for my girlfriend and I was simply enjoyable. The entire staff made us feel welcome. Jason was able to give me answers to questions I didn't even know I had, and I left with a new truck and an even better attitude.

Summit Toyota of Akron and Carolyn, service advisor, are fantastic. I just had the oil changed in my car. The technician, forgot to put a filter in my car. I have a hybrid, when I ran out of electric and switched to all gas. My car dash lite up, I was in 5 lanes of traffic on the interstate. Summit Toyota was great. They were busy and short staffed. Didn't matter they fit my car in and helped deal with my dealer, in Warren. I can not be more thankful and grateful,to everyone for going above and beyond for me.

Very happy with the service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All aspects of the service, the receptionist, intake personnel, mechanic, car wash and Matt were excellent!

Called on a Tuesday about an issue and got a 10:30 am appt the next day. I arrived at Toyota about 10 min early and my car was taken to the work area immediately after I checked in. Some papers had slipped behind the glove box making it difficult to close. The issue was fixed in about 20 min. As always, all employees were courteous, respectful, and very pleasant. Their service is excellent!!! They received an A+ rating from me.
