Summit Toyota of Akron and Carolyn, service advisor, are fantastic. I just had the oil changed in my car. The technician, forgot to put a filter in my car. I have a hybrid, when I ran out of electric and switched to all gas. My car dash lite up, I was in 5 lanes of traffic on the interstate. Summit Toyota was great. They were busy and short staffed. Didn't matter they fit my car in and helped deal with my dealer, in Warren. I can not be more thankful and grateful,to everyone for going above and beyond for me.

I had the best experience this past weekend with Jason when buying my new 2026 Tacoma TRD Offroad. The trade in process was smooth, and the entire experience for my girlfriend and I was simply enjoyable. The entire staff made us feel welcome. Jason was able to give me answers to questions I didn't even know I had, and I left with a new truck and an even better attitude.

I had a dealer my family and I went to every time for years. When he retired I checked out a number of dealerships and didn’t come across a single person I trusted or that I felt wasn’t trying to give me a bad deal. As soon as I walked in Deepan Sonar was kind, helpful, and honest. At signing Jesse Willig walked me through everything and made sure I left feeling confident. I also had a really great experience with the receptionist. It is super important to me that I am supporting genuine and kind people. I felt like I was in good hands and will even recommend my family make a bit of a drive to come to this location next.

We had a great experience at Summit Toyota. We are over an hour away but was able to lock in a vehicle we wanted to purchase, but had to pay a deposit to do so. This ended up being non-refundable but also put towards the purchase. Just be sure you ask to clarity that if you're not willing to part with $500. Otherwise, we were able to get exactly what we wanted, everyone was polite, respectful and very helpful. We would recommend this dealership, easy to get to as well.
