After signing the deal and making the down and first month's payment, the car needed to be detailed and was going to take longer than we thought. I agreed to come back to pick up the car but it was going to be after Frank left for the day so Stephen agreed to assist me when I came back. Stephen was very patient and thorough in showing me the details of the car's accessories and set up my Bluetooth and GPS Roadside assistance to work with the car's apps. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. I contacted the dealership earlier in the week to make an appointment to have an airbag recall addressed. I asked for an appointment later in the week and was immediately accommodated and the work was scheduled. I arrived today and was greeted by a service advisor named Jennifer Sheldon. Jennifer's knowledge, professionalism and warm and engaging personality immediately put me at ease. Jennifer advised me that there were actually 2 recalls on my car. The second unbeknownst to me. She told me not to worry they'd take care of that too while I was there. You're waiting area was beautiful and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was a plus. Every staff member I observed was welcoming and helpful. I know where I'll do business in the future.
